Caroline and Bernard Yoon entered into the real estate business in 1998 by joining Baird & Warner, one of the top brokers in Chicago. Having run several businesses prior to going into real estate, the team of Caroline and Bernard quickly rose to the top at Baird & Warner.

Just two years after joining B&W, Caroline and Bernard became Chairman s Club then Founder s Club agents, recognizing them as one of the top agents in the company. Shortly thereafter, they became the #1 agents in the Glenbrook area and were in the top 1% companywide in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

After their many successes, in 2004 Caroline and Bernard decided to leave B&W. They wanted to create a brokerage whose principles reflected their own high standards.
